Kai Co-ordinator

Are you excited about promoting food resilience and connecting communities?

We are looking for a dynamic individual to be the face of the Murihiku Kai Collective and lead the coordination and implementation of initiatives that align with the Murihiku Good Food Roadmap.

Your role will involve managing relationships, identifying opportunities to increase sector capability, and championing collaborative efforts across Murihiku's food landscape.

From social media management to event planning, your creativity and organisational skills will shine as you support community maara, engage with volunteers, agencies, and councils, and execute impactful marketing and promotional activities. A significant aspect of this fixed term position is evidencing the impact the role has on the kai system.
